Törggelen in autumn
When it comes to Törggelen, enjoyment, South Tyrolean tradition, and customs come together. And we at Hotel Römerrast love to celebrate this tradition. In our autumn-decorated dining room, we serve our guests classic South Tyrolean dishes. Schlutzkrapfen, a type of ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, is a beloved favorite. "Geselchtes," a traditional cured meat, is perfectly paired with sauerkraut and roasted chestnuts.
